What's the difference between regular processing and rush processing? Why would I purchase RUSH?
Regular Processing: Our typical turnaround time between the time you order the mask and the time we ship it is between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the season and item. 2 day turnaround is not guaranteed with regular orders since we make everything by hand.
Rush Processing: Rush processing speeds up the creation timeline of your mask (without sacrificing quality). Purchase this if you want to guarante a 2-business day turnaroud, need a mask done overnight, or need a mask done over the weekend. It is not expedited shipping (e.g., overnight shipping, FedEx, etc.) Your order will go to the top of our order list, or we will work weekends/overtime to create your order. Please contact us first to ensure we can meet your deadline.

WHAT DOES THIS FEE INCLUDE?
This fee guarantees that a mask you are purchasing (or already purchased) is made quickly.
- Purchasing this rush fee is an express creation fee, not express shipping.
- You can certainly add an express shipping method to your rush order to get it to you as fast as possible. Just select the shipping at checkout.
- If you already purchased the mask and need to upgrade your shipping, email us at folorfantasy@gmail.com and we can quote you an shipping upgrade; you can pay the upgrade via PayPal.
HOW DO I ORDER RUSH PROCESSING (RUSH CREATION)?
1. Add to your cart the mask you want rushed.
2. Add this listing to your cart (be sure to select the type of rush you want - 2 business day, 1 business day, or weekend
3. At checkout, list the date by which you are hoping to receive the mask in the "Notes to Seller" section. You can also email us at folorsfantasy@gmail.com and reference your order number for the mask and order number for the rush processing.
4. Purchase!
WHAT IS THE TIME-LINE FOR 2 BUSINESS DAY RUSH?
Orders placed before 5pm Central Time will be made extra quickly and brought to the Post Office in 2 BUSINESS days or less, depending on your selection at checkout.
- Saturday & Sunday are not business days.
- Holidays are not business days.
