Shipping Policies

DOMESTIC

  • We offer USPS Global Shipping, First Class, Priority, and Express Mail, FedEx and UPS 
  • Tracking and insurance are provided 🚚! 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) international shipping is lengthy. Items can be delayed in Customs. Unfortunately, once your order leaves the USA, it is in the hands of your country's postal carrier service & we are unable to track it with USPS. You may want to consider FedEx, UPS or DHL if this is a concern.

USPS Transit Estimates

  • First class has a transit of approximately 2-4 weeks after we ship your order.
  • International Priority takes USPS 6-10 days
  • EXPRESS International shipping takes USPS 3-5 days 

NOTE: Occasionally, international shipping incurs additional custom fees for pick-up in your country, depending on your location, and you are responsible for these fees.
 

Delivery Failure Policy

USPS Priority Mail offers an estimated delivery service but does NOT offer a guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays with the postal service and do not offer shipping refunds or order returns due to delays with the postal service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. 

USPS EXPRESS, UPS Next Day, FedEx Next Day have guaranteed delivery dates from that service. Delivery failures are guaranteed a shipping refund. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES

When will my order ship?

  • Leather masks - typically shipped in 2-6 business days - For more information, see our Product Information page "Our Masks"
  • Puppets - typically shipped in 2-3 weeks - For more information, see our Product Information page "Our Puppets"

Need it for a special date?

  • Email us a request before purchasing and we can let you know how busy we are and an estimated ship date.  Rush Service is available (see below). We are accustomed to making arrangements for special events, e.g., birthday gifts, Mardi Gras parties, Halloween Balls, etc. 

How can I rush my item?

  • Rush Processing means we make your item ahead of our other orders. (It does not include better postage.)  It shortens the time it takes for your order to leave the shop. The artist makes your item ahead of other items in process and guarantees a sooner ship date (e.g., a guarantee for 2 business days, overnight, or over the weekend are some examples).  Fees do apply, and please email us first at folorsfantasy@gmail.com  Click here to purchase Rush.
