RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY: We are happy to exchange an item if you email us within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you. Please also email us a photo of the item and a photo of the postage label on the box you received.
- For items damaged from shipping, we pay the return postage.
- If the item is not damaged but you desire an exchange, you pay for shipping. Item must be unworn.
- Return the item to us with a postmarked date within 7 business days of the day the item was delivered to you. Make sure the postmarked date shows you brought it to the post office within 7 days from when you received the item. Send us the tracking number or copy of a receipt.
- Once we receive the original item, we will make the replacement. You have 30 days from the date you sent it back to decide what you'd like your exchange to be; you can do an even exchange, or receive store credit towards another item!
REFUND POLICY: Refunds are available if we inadvertently ship the wrong item, as long you ship the item back to us, unworn & undamaged. In all other cases, we are pleased to provide exchanges or store credit, but not refunds. We are not responsible for delivery delays from USPS.
PROCESSING TIMES: When will my order ship?
- Puppets are typically shipped in 2-3 weeks - For more information, see our Product Information page "Our Masks"
- Leather masks are typically shipped in 2-6 business days - For more information, see our Product Information page "Our Masks"
- Need it for a special date? We have many options. Rush Service is available (see below). We are accustomed to making arrangements for special events, e.g., birthday gifts, Mardi Gras parties, Halloween Balls, etc.
- Rush Shipping and Rush Processing are 2 different options.
- Rush Shipping shortens the time that post office takes to deliver your item once it is made and leaves our shop. (e.g., First Class mail takes up to 5 days for USPS to deliver it in the United States, but Express Mail is usually delivered the next day in the United States). This may be perfect for you!
- Rush Processing shortens the time it takes for your oder to leave the shop. The artist makes your item ahead of other items in process and guarantees a quick ship date (e.g., a guarantee for 2 business days, overnight, or over the weekend are some examples). WORLDWIDE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING & INSURANCE: How do you ship, how long will it take to get to me once it leaves the shop, and do you ship internationally?
- We offer USPS First Class, Priority, and Express Mail, and ship internationally!
- We recommend USPS Priority Mail since tracking and insurance are provided.
- We are happy to ship UPS or FedEx if you contact us via email folorsfantasy@gmail.com; (Payment would be made via Paypal to upgrade.)

♦ First class mail takes USPS 2-4 weeks
♦ International Priority Shipping takes USPS 6-10 days
♦ EXPRESS International shipping takes USPS 3-5 days
USPS Priority Mail offers an estimated delivery service of 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days - based on your location - but does NOT offer a guaranteed delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays with the postal service and do not offer shipping refunds or order returns due to delays with the postal service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.
USPS EXPRESS 1-2 day Mail, UPS Next Day, FedEx Next Day Delivery dates are guaranteed. Delivery failures are guaranteed a shipping refund. Please contact us if you are interested in these services and we can quote a price. You would be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
